The following provides the required information on Holtek's Voice Programming tools. Located within this section are two major voice categories, one for the HT83XXX and HT86XXX series of devices and one for the HT81R03 and HT81R36 Easy Voice series of devices.

For the HT83/HT86 Development Tools, the HT83XXX and HT86XXX HT-IDE Development Environment, which uses Holtek's assembly language is provided. For the HT81R03 and HT81R36 OTP Easy Voice series of devices, the HT-VDS81W development system is provided.
