HT9274 Quad Micropower OP Amp Product News

Holtek's latest release of its HT9274 Quad Op Amp demonstrates again Holtek's successful venture into the analog device market area. This device, fabricated on standard CMOS process, offers a pin compatible alternative to the standard LM324, TL274 and WT274 op-amp devices.

Available in a 14pin DIP/SOP package and with the added advantages of low cost and reduced lead times, the HT9274 offers an authentic substitute to the above devices. The major features of this device include exceptionally low operating voltage and supply current and good output drive capabilities. The device is especially suitable for applications such as telephone line interface sensor amplifiers or battery powered applications where low power consumption is a major issue.
