Holtek HT72Dxxxx Dual Output High PSRR LDO

Holtek is pleased to announce the release of its new dual output High PSRR LDO series, the HT72Dxxxx. Having dual output channels and using industry leading technology, the device range requires only 30µA of operating current as well as having an excellent PSRR performance of up to 70dB, when both channels are operative. The maximum input voltage is 7.0V which is higher than most other LDO ICs. The HT72Dxxxx has a line regulation performance of 0.02%/V with a load regulation of 15mV. The dropout voltage is 340mV at an output current of 300mA. A range of internal protection functions include short circuit protection, current limit protection and over temperature protection providing the system and the devices with a range of excellent protection features.

Using CMOS technology these dual output LDO regulators are supplied in a fixed voltage range of 1.5V~5V. With their advantage of high PSRR values and low power consumption, the devices are especially suitable for a wide selection of battery-powered products such as imaging products, voice products, wireless applications etc.
