Holtek's new released ultra Low Power LDO regulator - HT73XX

Following the successful release of the HT71XX-1 and HT75XX-1 series, Holtek is pleased to announce the release of its higher driving low-dropout (LDO) voltage regulator, the HT73XX series. The HT73XX is a series of CMOS LDO regulators that can provide a current flow of up to 250mA. This series features extremely low quiescent current of 4uA typical, which can extend the battery lifespan. Besides, the HT73XX offers the advantage of high input voltage and high output voltage accuracy. This combination of high input voltage and low quiescent current makes the HT73XX ideal for multi-cell battery operated systems.

 The devices are available with a wide range of fixed output voltages from 1.8V to 5.0V. With its very low power consumption, this series of devices is particularly designed for battery-powered equipments such as cameras, mobile phones and portable games.
