New Holtek Release - HT82K73E/HT82M73E Wireless 2.4GHz Keyboard/Mouse

Holtek is delighted to announce another new addition to Wireless 27MHz Keyboard/Mouse device range. This new HT82K73E device will find excellent use in Keyboard transmitter applications while the HT82M73E will find applications in mouse transmitters. When used together with the HT82M9AE USB receiver device, a full Wireless 2.4G Keyboard and Mouse application can be implemented. Both of these new devices utilise One Time Programmable, OTP, Program Memory.

The HT82K73E has an operating voltage of 2.0V~3.3V and includes an internal Program Memory capacity of 2Kx15 as well as 128x8 of Data Memory capacity. In addition the device has 39 Bi-directional I/O pins, a single 16-bit Timer, a fully integrated SPI Interface, DC/DC converter, Low Voltage Detect and Low Voltage Reset functions. The device is supplied in a 48SSOP package.

The HT82M73E has an operating voltage of 2.0V~3.3V, Program Memory capacity of 2Kx15 and Data Memory capacity of 128x8. Other functions include 20 Bi-directional I/O pins, a single 16-bit Timer, an integrated SPI Interface, integrated DC/DC converter, Low Voltage Detector and Low Voltage Reset. The device is supplied in 20SOP/SSOP and 28SOP/SSOP package types giving users a wide choice with which to match their individual product requirements.

By including a DC/DC Converter within th HT82K73E and HT82M73E devices, the external application circuitry is greatly simplified offering the subsequent advantage of reduced cost and increase competitiveness.

The devices are as usual fully supported by Holtek’s suite of HT-IDE3000 development tools. Included in this set of tools is a real time hardware emulator which with features such as memory/register read/write functions, hardware breakpoints with logical setups, trace analyser etc. ensure that designers have their products designed and debugged as efficiently and rapidly as possible.
