Holtek New HT66F01x and HT68F01x 16-pin Enhanced Flash Type MCU with EEPROM Device Series
Holtek is delighted to announce the release of its new 16-pin Enhanced Flash Type MCU with EEPROM device series, in the form of the I/O type HT68F016/HT68F017 series and the A/D type HT66F016/ HT66F017 series. All devices meet with full industrial specifications (-40℃~85℃) and have high noise immunity. All of these devices include an area of non-volatile EEPROM memory which can be used to save data such as product parameters or manufacturing data which will still be retained even when the power is removed. This feature can greatly improve product flexibility.
All of these new Enhanced Flash MCU devices include 1Kx16 ~ 2Kx16 bits of Flash Program Memory, 64/128 bytes of SRAM Data Memory, 64 bytes of data EEPROM and 14 I/O pins. The devices also include comparators and 3 oscillator types, High-frequency Crystal – HXT, Low Frequency 32kHz RC - LIRC, and a fully internal High Speed RC - HIRC. The internal high accuracy internal HIRC RC oscillator can provide a fixed frequency of 8MHz at a voltage of 4.5V~5.5V with an accuracy of ±2%.
The HT68F01x and HT66F01x series devices also include Holtek’s new multi-function timer modules. These timer modules are capable of providing functions such as Input Capture, Compare Match Output, Timer and Event Counting, Single Pulse Output and PWM. All devices in the A/D type HT66F01x series also contain a 12-bit high speed ADC and internal voltage reference function.
The series is supplied in 16-pin DIP/NSOP/SSOP package types. These small package types make them extremely suitable for those applications where space is limited.
To support these new devices, Holtek naturally supplies a full suite of excellent hardware and software development tools include the HT-IDE300, ICE (In-Circuit-Emulator ) which include functions such as trace analysis, breakpoint setting as well as many other functions. Holtek’s e-WriterPro also provides a means for In-Circuit Programming to allow fast program updating and development. Holtek also offers a range of application guides to ensure developers have their designs up and running in the shortest time possible.
