Holtek HT82V805A CCD 4-Channel Vertical Driver

Holtek is delighted to announce the release of its new 4-channel CCD vertical driver, the HT82V805A. When used together with a CCD sensor the device is suitable for use in black-and-white or color surveillance cameras. Compared with its previous product, the HT82V805, this new device offers more competitive pricing in addition to retaining all of the original ESD protection features.

Regarding device features, the HT82V805A includes two 3-level vertical drivers, two 2-level vertical drivers and a single 2-level electronic shutter driver. The device is available in a 16-pin TSSOP package (173mil) in addition to a smaller 16-pin SSOP package (150mil) to minimise required PCB areas. With regard to accompanying sensors, the device is suitable for use with all commercially available surveillance camera type black-and-white or colour CCD sensors. As for applications, it is suitable for use in product ranges such as CCTV, security products, industrial cameras, automotive cameras, PC cameras, web cameras etc.
