New Holtek HT82K72E/A and HT82M72E/A 27MHz Keyboard/Mouse MCUs

Following on from the release of Holtek’s wired Keyboard and Mouse MCU devices, Holtek is now delighted to announce the release of its new Wireless 27MHz Keyboard/Mouse TX MCU devices. The HT82K72E device is suitable for use in Keyboard applications while the HT82M72E is suitable for use in Mouse applications. The Mask versions of the devices have the part numbers HT82K72A and HT82M72A.

The HT82K72E and HT82K72A have an operating voltage range of 2.0V~3.3V and contain 2Kx14 of Program Memory capacity as well as 96x8 of Data Memory capacity in addition to 36 bi-directional I/O lines, an integrated 27MHz Amplifier circuit, a single 16-bit Timer and LVR functions etc. The devices are supplied in 48-pin SSOP package types.

The HT82M72E and HT82M72A devices have an operating voltage range of 2.0V~3.3V and contain 1Kx14 of Program Memory capacity as well as 96x8 of Data Memory capacity in addition to 17 bi-directional I/O lines, an integrated 27MHz Amplifier circuit, a single 16-bit Timer and LVR functions etc. The devices are supplied in 20-pin SOP, 28-pin SOP and 28-pin SSOP package types, giving users a wide choice of package types to match their product requirements.

Naturally Holtek supplies a full range of software and hardware development tools with its HT-IDE3000 development system. Features such as real-time emulation, full data memory and register access, hardware breakpoints with logical setups, full trace facilities etc. mean that the development system is fully equipped to ensure product designers have all the tools at hand to ensure that their application programs are developed and debugged as efficiently as possible.
