Holtek HT70xxA-2 1% Accuracy Voltage DetectorsHoltek is delighted to announce the release of its new voltage detector HT70xxA-2 series, forming a range of three-terminal detectors implemented in CMOS technology. The HT70xxA-2 series provide 8 detect voltage selections ranging from 2.2V to 8.2V. The “xx ” within the part number stands for the detected voltage specification, each of which has a voltage accuracy tolerance of ±1%. These detectors are suitable for a wide range of applications, such as household appliances, portable products, video convertor boxes, medical products, measurement instruments and security systems etc.


Internally the HT70xxA-2 device design includes a high accuracy voltage reference source, a comparator, a hysteresis circuit and an output driver whose CMOS technology ensures low power consumption. A maximum input voltage of 24V will meet the demands of most DC power supplies. Additionally, the devices have a hysteresis circuit and low temperature coefficient characteristic which ensures detected voltage stability. These features enable this new device range to match the needs of a wide range of product applications.


The devices operate with a temperature range from -40℃ to +85℃. To increase flexibility, 3 type packages, namely TO92, SOT23-5 and SOT89 are available for this series.
