Holtek New HT929x TinyPower^TM Operational Amplifier

To meet the demands of low power consumption and low voltage operation, Holtek is pleased to announce a new TinyPower^TM operational amplifier series device, the HT929x. Their special characteristics lie in their single power supply, which can be as low as 1.4V and a typical quiescent current value of only 0.6uA, making the devices especially suitable for battery powered products and portable applications.

In possessing a 14kHz of gain-bandwidth product and unity gain stability, the HT929x series device provide for extensive usage in lower frequency applications such as battery current detection and sensor signal processing.

Regarding device packaging, the HT929x series devices are available in a TSOT23-5 package for the HT9291 single amplifier device, 8-pin DIP and 8-pin SOP package types for the HT9292 dual amplifier device and 14-pin DIP and 14-pin SOP for the HT9294 quad amplifier device.
