Ultra-Low Power 1.5V Low Dropout Voltage Regulator -- HT1015-1

The HT1015-1 forms a new addition to the Holtek series of Ultra-Low Power Low Dropout Voltage Regulators. With an output voltage of 1.5V, the new HT1015-1 device is fully compatible with its predecessor, the HT1015-1, but has an improved output voltage tolerance level of 3%, compared to the previous device's tolerance value of 5%. In addition, an SOT25 package type is now available. One of the HT1015-1 most important characteristics is its extremely low 2.2uA current consumption, allowing for longer battery life. Its combination of high input voltage and low output voltage special features, make the HT1015-1 device an excellent choice for multi-cell battery applications.

The HT1015-1 regulator is manufactured using CMOS technology and with its fixed voltage of 1.5V can supply up to 18mA of output current. With the advantages of extremely low current consumption, the device is extremely suitable for battery powered applications with low power requirements.
