Holtek Establishes Tools Maintenance
System

In order to provide better and convenience tools repairing support for all customers, Holtek establishes a new
Tools
Maintenance System to facilitate tools repairing procedure. Via this system, Holtek's customers could easily check out the tools repairing status whenever they would want. The whole tools
maintenance request flow contains Customer Register, Mailing Tools to Holtek, Receiving Request Tools by Holtek, Rapid Repairing, Mailing Tools Back to Customer and Receiving Tools by Customer. The customers who need to
repair their development tools have only have to register tools maintenance
information from Holtek's website, then send the tools to Holtek's maintenance
stations according to the information indicated on the web page. Currently, there are four different maintainance stations: Taipei, Beijing, Shanghai and
Shenzhen. Upon receiving tools, Holtek would repair the tools as quickly as possible and at the same time would record
maintenance status on the system. After logging in the Tools Maintenance
System from Holtek's website, customers could easily find out the repairing status of the requested tools.
This system could provide a better way to repair tools, let customers learn the repairing status and would enhance the tools
maintenance performance and effectively shorten the tools repairing duration.
