Holtek announced the cash and stock dividend details

Holtek today (July 4, 2006) announced the dividend details for common shares. Because of the increase of outstanding shares from the execution of employees' stock options, the dividends of the fiscal year 2005 are adjusted for stock dividends of NT$ 0.0995326867 and cash dividends of NT$ 3.31841977 per common share to shareholders. The both ex-dividend and ex-right day will be July 28, 2006, and the shareholders' register shall be closed for registration of transfer from July 24 through July 28, 2006. To be entitled for the above-mentioned dividends, any person acquires Holtek's shares without being registered as a holder shall apply for the shareholders' registration with Chinatrust Transfer Agency by July 21, 2006. The cash dividends of NT$ 3.31841977 per common share will be paid on August 17, 2006.
