Holtek Shareholders Approved NT$ 2.497 Cash Dividend June 15, 2010 Holtek Semiconductor Inc. (TT 6202) today held its annual shareholders’ meeting at which the 2009 Business Report and Financial Statements were approved. Shareholders also approved the distribution of earnings for the fiscal year of 2009 for a cash dividend of NT$2.497 per common share. Holtek’s revenue for 2009 was NT$2,984 million and the net income was NT$617 million, with earnings per share of NT$2.78.
