Holtek Shareholders Approved NT$ 3.167 Cash Dividend

Holtek Semiconductor Inc. (TT 6202) today held its annual shareholders’ meeting at which the 2010 Business Report and unconsolidated audited Financial Statements were approved. Shareholders also approved the distribution of earnings for the fiscal year of 2010 for a cash dividend of NT$3.167 per common share.
Holtek’s unconsolidated revenue for 2010 was NT$3,849 million and the net income was NT$786 million, with earnings per share of NT$3.53.
