Holtek Announced the Approval of NT$2.515 Cash Dividends and NT$0.5 Stock Dividends Distribution per Share at Annual Shareholder's Meeting

Holtek (6202) today held the annual shareholders' meeting at which the shareholders confirmed financial statements for 2004 and resolved the appropriation of earnings of the fiscal year 2004. The year 2004 revenues of Holtek were NT$3,838 million and net income was NT$778 million, with earnings per share of NT$4.01. At the annual shareholders' meeting shareholders resolved the appropriation of earnings of the fiscal year 2004, including the stock dividends of NT$0.5 and cash dividends of NT$2.515 per common share to shareholders.
