Board of Directors Resolves Dividend Proposal March 19, 2008 Holtek Semiconductor Inc. today announced the board of directors dividend proposal of NT$ 3.050 per common share. The NT$ 3.050 dividend includes a cash dividend of NT$ 3.010 and a stock dividend of NT$ 0.04 per common share. This dividend proposal will require further approval at the annual shareholders' meeting, to be held on June 13, 2008.
