1999 Hang Zhou Single Chip Microcontroller Exhibition
From
10th to the 13th October 1999, Zhe Jiang University in Hang Zhou,
China was the host of the 1999 Single Chip Microcontroller
exhibition and technology exchange meeting. Holtek, in taking
advantage of this opportunity, was present with an exhibition stand
and also through the organization of a related seminar. Attendees at
the seminar, amounting to almost 100 in number, included personnel
from a wide range of areas such as product vendors, various
researchers as well as university professors and other staff etc.
At
the seminar Holtek presented information on the state of its present
developments as well as discussing its plans for the future, with
the subject of single chip technology applications initiating a
lively discussion between Holtek and the seminar attendees. In
addition to the presently marketed HT48XXX Series of devices, much
interest was expressed in the recently released HT47XXX
Measurement/Sensor type microcontrollers and the HT46XXX Analog to
Digital Converter Series. The seminar provided a unique forum for
visiting Research and Development personnel to discuss their many
practical application questions and problems with Holtek's FAE
personnel who were on hand, a discussion which through its lively
nature proved to be of mutual benefit to both sides.
The
enthusiastic response of the both the visitors who visited our
exhibition stand and the seminar attendees, increased Holtek's
confidence further that the direction of its present and future
single chip microcontroller development is in line with both the
needs of the market and customer. Such a strategy can only lead to
future benefits for Holtek and customer alike.
