Holtek's
2002 MCU seminar held on Hotel Riviera in Seoul on January.23 the
second time in this region which has been an important market for
MCU related products. Attracting about 90 people from this region,
customers included many engineers from worldwide famous companies
like Samsung, LG, Hyundai, Anam etc. as well as Holtek's potential
customers.
started with the welcome message by Richard Young, senior sales
director, who thanked for everyone's joining this seminar and
briefly introduced the presentation content and timetable of the
seminar. Then came with the company presentation by Gordon Gau,
general manager, about Holtek's past, present, future development,
and the migration of products' development, in addition to the
strength of Holtek's MCU products well spread out Holtek's
position among IC design industry, its service channel, sales
network, and commitment on products' quality. Dae Young Chung,
sales manager of Holtek's agent Sycom technology, and Jack Wang,
sales manager, gave a sophisticated introduction on Holtek's I/O,
LCD, R-F, keyboard, mouse, and phone MCU products. The
introduction not only included Holtek products' strength but
delivered products' features through various cases on different
applications. The emphasis on Holtek MCU's features, reliability,
and industrial grade usage impressed the attendees very much, and
gave them confidence in Holtek's MCUs.
Followed by the lunch buffet a free discussion section in the afternoon was well organized for attendees chatting and discussing product application issues with Holtek's product team. Attendees were satisfied by Holtek's professional product and application knowledge when replying their questions. The seminar came to an end after all the questions from attendees were well answered. Overall it was an extremely successful and satisfactory product seminar of Holtek.
