HT82K74E/HT82K74EE -- 27MHz Keyboard/ Mouse TX 8-Bit MCU (EOL) General Description
The device is an 8-bit high performance, RISC architecture
microcontroller devices specifically designed for multiple I/O control product applications.
The advantages of low power consumption, I/O flexibility,
timer functions, Power Down and wake-up functions, Watchdog timer, motor driving, industrial control, consumer
products, subsystem controllers, etc.
There are two dice in the HT82K74EE package: one is
the HT82K74E MCU, the other is a 128x8 bits EEPROM used for data memory purpose. The two dice are
wire-bonded to form HT82K74EE.
