The HT83F02 development system contains two types of hardware tools. The first type of hardware tool is the e-ICE emulator. If the HT-IDE is used for product development then it is necessary to use the Holtek e-ICE emulator. The second type is the EasyPlay demonstration board.

EasyPlay Demonstration Board
EasyPlay is the development platform used for the HT83F02 Voice Series devices.
EasyPlay includes PC software as well as a single HT83F02 EasyPlay demo board.
The HT83F02 EasyPlay Demo Board combines the functions of demo and device programming into a single body and requires an e-Writer plus. The HT83F02 is a Flash type devices. After programming, the e-Writer plus power supply can be used by the application circuit for testing and demo purposes. Changes can be easily applied and then immediately tested eliminating the need to change the IC.
The PC EasyPlay software offers users with no prior programming experience the convenience of using a high level descriptive language for the development of their voice applications. The software allows easy integration of different voices giving users a means of step by step voice application implementation.
