Holtek supplies a series of universal programmers, known as the e-Writer series, for device programming. These programmers can be used to program the full series of Holtek’s OTP or Flash type devices during product development but are also suitable for low to medium volume production purposes. These programmers can operate both with a PC connection and also in a stand alone mode. More information on the relevant programmers can be found within the Programmer’s Users Guide. Note that if the device package type to be programmed does not match the supplied Textool socket, extra Adapter Cards are available to accommodate various device package types.


New programming software for the HT-ICE On-board Writer, EverPro K1000 V2.03

The K1000 is an integrated HT-HandyWriter.exe and HT-MTPWriter.exe new programmer function software. Using the K1000, and together with the HT-ICE, it is now possible to program in majority of the Holtek MCU devices, including OTP and Flash type devices, making it suitable for use during the early development stages of MCU projects.
