Holtek New HT923x 2.3MHz Gain-bandwidth Operational Amplifier Series

 Holtek is delighted to announce its new HT923x series of 2.3MHz Gain-bandwidth product operational amplifiers. The devices operate with a single power supply as low as 2.0V and have a typical quiescent current value of only 220uA.
Common device features include a phase margin of 63 degrees and full rail to rail output voltage capabilities as well as a maximum output voltage range of VDD-50mV ~ VSS+50mV and an operating voltage of 2.0~5.5V. The devices are fully fabricated using CMOS technology.
Regarding device packaging, the HT923x series devices are available in a TSOT23-5 package for the HT9231 single amplifier device, 8-pin DIP and SOP package types for the HT9232 dual amplifier device and 14-pin DIP and SOP package types for the HT9234 quad amplifier device.
