HT83B60 -- Voice Mask MCU General Description
The HT83B60 is the Mask version of the HT83F02
but also includes an integrated 8M bits of Voice ROM, connected to
the MCU by an internal SPI Serial Interface. This 8-bit high
performance microcontroller includes a wide range of functions and
special audio features which include a voice synthesizer and tone
generator.
This device is designed for applications which
require multiple I/Os and sound effects, such as voice and melody.
It also includes an integrated high quality, voltage type DAC as
well as a PWM generator.
This device will form an excellent solution
for versatile voice and sound effect product applications with their
efficient MCU instructions providing the user with programming
capability for powerful custom applications. The system frequency
can be up to 12MHz at an operating voltage of 5V and includes
power-down functions to reduce power consumption. A full choice of
oscillator functions are provided including a fully integrated
system oscillator which requires no external components for its
implementation.
